The Best of NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards recognize and celebrate significant new contributions to Northern Virginia by the commercial, industrial and mixed-use real estate community. As the Chapter's premier event, the awards program demonstrates the dedication of outstanding individuals who provide contributions to the built environment.

Award Entry Process:
Step 1 - Complete the Award Entry Application (formerly the Intent to Enter Form). All applications are reviewed before being forwarded to Step 2
Step 2 – Fill out the project information form and add photos. Deadline September 30.

Submissions are now being accepted for the Best of NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards. Submissions are due before Midnight on Friday, September 30. ENTER HERE. (This redirects to OpenWater where you will need to set up an account, if you don't already have one, to submit your entry.)

If you are interested in submitting your project for a NAIOP Northern Virginia award this year, you should attend our free virtual webinar, July 26. Attendees at this webinar will gain insight on the submission process, including use of the online form, and tips about what the judges look for in projects. After the presentation, there will be time for questions and answers.
